Joseph M. Miller, President
Joseph Miller is responsible for the daily operation and investment strategy for Twenty Lake Holdings, a real estate investment firm and advisor to corporations with underutilized real estate. He is also the CEO of Praxis Commercial a full service commercial brokerage company.

Before creating Twenty Lake, he was a real estate executive for Digital First Media, where he was responsible for developing a successful real estate strategy to raise capital and reduce legacy-operating expenses in a 6.0 million square foot portfolio. Prior to that role he spent 10 years in the real estate industry with over $5.0 billion of transactional experience in mixed-use high-rise development, asset management, acquisitions, financings and leasing. Mr. Miller received a BA from SUNY Geneseo, an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia University

Jay H. Yang, Director and Asset Manager
Jay H. Yang is a director and asset manager at Twenty Lake Holdings. Mr. Yang is responsible for monetizing, repositioning and evaluating owned real estate.

Prior to joining Twenty Lake Holdings, Mr. Yang obtained extensive knowledge and perspective in commercial real estate transactions, investment advisory, development, asset management, research, and valuation at Cushman & Wakefield and Savills for 7 years. He worked at Signature Community Investment Group based in New York City and was responsible in the underwriting analysis of commercial real estate investments. Most recently, Mr. Yang acted as a director of corporate real estate for Digital First Media.

Mr. Yang received a bachelor degree in Economics from Tufts University and a master degree in real estate development from Columbia University.

Lois B. Kagan Managing Director
Lois B. Kagan joined the group in November 2015 as Head of Valuation, Redevelopment, and Financing. Her responsibilities include securing property level and corporate debt, overseeing the redevelopment of TLH’s transitional assets, acquisition analysis and ongoing portfolio valuation.

Ms. Kagan comes to TLH from the Structured Finance Group at Bank of America. Prior to Bank of America, Ms. Kagan spent five years working with a NY based real estate developer and ten years with Lehman Brothers in the Principal Transactions Group. Between her years at Bank of America and Lehman Brothers, Ms. Kagan has successfully closed over $6.0 bln of debt and equity real estate transactions. She brings a broad range of experience having been involved in equity transactions, senior, mezzanine, and CMBS lending, capital markets, risk management, underwriting and development. Ms. Kagan has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing major from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Peter K. Robdau, Controller
In his role as Controller, Peter K. Robdau is responsible for all accounting and finance matters at Twenty Lake Holdings.

Prior to joining Twenty Lake Holdings, Mr. Robdau held accounting and finance positions at REIT Management & Research, where he obtained an extensive background in commercial real estate. He also practiced accounting at a regional firm based in Massachusetts.

Mr. Robdau is a certified public accountant and received a BS in Accounting and MBA from UMass Lowell.

George Papadopoulos, Associate
As an Associate at Twenty Lake Holdings, George M. Papadopoulos is responsible for new business acquisitions and asset management support for the firm’s 1.6 million square foot portfolio.

Prior to joining Twenty Lake Holdings, Mr. Papadopoulos held positions in both accounting and finance, gaining a unique perspective on the daily operations of various sized firms across numerous markets.

Mr. Papadopoulos received a BS in both Accounting and Finance from Marist College and is currently pursuing his MS in Real Estate Development from NYU.

Chenying Zhao, Analyst
Chenying Zhao serves as an Analyst at Twenty Lake Holdings and is responsible for underwriting, analyzing new transactions entering company’s pipeline, managing the process throughout the various stages of the acquisition, and supporting asset management.

Prior to joining Twenty Lake Holdings, Mr. Zhao had experiences with KPMG and GE, where he gained extensive knowledge and perspective in financial analysis and modeling.

Mr. Zhao graduated from the University of Melbourne in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance, and earned a Master’s degree with Distinction in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
